198? Dion Makowski and Andrew Russell acquired shares in the aircraft from Ashley in exchange for labour.

1989 Ashley Briggs acquired all shares in the aircraft.

01Jun1944 The aircraft force landed due to an engine failure shortly after take off at Forest Hill Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base near Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, Australia. The pilot, LAC J. C. Sampson, was unharmed.

1955 The aircraft took part in a navigation exercise from Point Cook to Wagga Wagga.

Jun60 The aircraft was sold to Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation.

196? The aircraft was acquired by the Moorabbin Air Museum, Victoria, Australia.

19? The registration VH-WIR was applied to the aircraft. At this time it is not known wether this registration was ever actualy reserved for this particular aircraft.

25Jul1945 The aircraft was flying at 1,000 feet when the engine lost power. The pilot changed tanks but the engine failed to pick up and the pilot, FSGT W. M. Shannon, belly landed the aircraft in a paddock. The aircraft sustained minor damage and was repaired.
